Bu yazıyı, WordPress camiasının yakından tanıdığı özellikle WordPress’in ilk günlerinde epey emeği gecen (o özellikleri hala kullanıyoruz) share icon’unun mucidi, çok değerli bir kişiyi kaybetmenin hüznü içinde yazıyorum.
Kişisel olarak tanışma fırsatım olmadı kendisiyle maalesef, son blog yazısını görünce duygulandım. Umarım WordPress 4.4 “Alex King” adına çıkar, jazz sanatçılarından daha manidar olacaktır. Alex King’le ilgili sayfaları ve gördüğüm bazı tweet’leri listemek istiyorum.

Most #WordPress users will never know how important @alexkingorg was to our CMS. A great loss to the community. https://t.co/JPtI3gMfE7

I loved talking to @alexkingorg about the early days of WP. He played a big part in making a lot of themes available with his contest.
